Shipping Policy

By clicking our Terms and Conditions you have acknowledged that you are over the age of 18+ and are eligable to buy alcohol in New Zealand.

We all love our courier and we all have stories, good and bad. We are regularly reviewing our most cost effective options.

You should expect 1 – 2 days delivery for the North Island and 2 – 3 for South Island, Waiheke Island and Rural addresses. All going well you will have it by the 3rd weekend of the month to sit back and relax with your craft gin.

We at Gin Lovers have gone to great lengths to get robust packaging for your precious cargo. If in the unlikely event that you do find some damage, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged goods.

In accordance with our liquor licence all parcels must be signed for and we recommend that you have it sent to where you would normally be during daytime week days.

Returns & Refunds

Under health & safety regulations we are unable to accept any returns. You'll never want to return it anyway.

However if you open your package and notice that it's damaged, please contact us immediately at enjoy@ginlovers.co.nz with a photo of the damage.
